FUND RAISING EFFORTS
For collecting donations, the Chairperson and the nominated representatives will raise a campaign throughout the world. This may be by electronic mails, by advertisement, by telephone or by personal contact. They will initially approach the ex-patriate Bangladeshis. However, donations from any person sharing the views of "Hasana Foundation Bangladesh" will be gratefully accepted. This will be an ongoing process and hopefully, will continue for many years to come.

The task of the representatives will be to campaign for collecting donation in his country of residence, to monitor the fund raising process through an approved/existing Association or Society (who are legally permitted to collect charity), and finally send the money to Bangladesh to the nominated account (Head Office). The account will be in Islami Bank Bangladesh, New Market Branch, Dhaka 1000. A similar account will be opened in Islami Bank, Dinajpur Branch in the name of the foundation. The Account details will be made available to our Hasana Representatives in due course.
To this end in view, charitable organizations may be formed in almost all the countries, and bank accounts may be opened in each country, which will be maintained by a representative there nominated by the organization in Bangladesh. Should it be possible, the foreign charitable organizations will be registered and the tax-deductible provision will be sought from the local taxation office so that the donors can claim tax deduction from their income tax.
However, as we understand, this will be a complex process and to collect charitable donations from the public, the legal process involved in each country is different and the relevant formalities are also substantial. Therefore, it is wise, for the time being, to conatct the Hasana Representative in your country of residence to seek advice and then send the money to him as advised. Because, without your money, the Organization can not start running.
